The Poty Group treats their clients like family for one simple reason, they know how great it is to be family. Together since 1995, Daniel and Holly were Red Mountain High School sweethearts and have truly grown up together, watching the East Valley grow alongside raising their two daughters. Working together for years, they have created a dynamic real estate group that proudly serves their clients.

Homebuilding is inherent to Daniel, as he grew up with his father’s contracting business here in the Phoenix valley, and started a at young age helping with the home construction and continued while attending Arizona State. He then attained his general contracting license and partnered with his Dad and brother to form their own construction company 12 years ago. He specializes in new build customs and upgrading and updating homes, while also offering commercial remodeling as well.
As the real estate and home building market began to change, Daniel took the opportunity and got licensed as a Realtor to enable his construction company to personally handle the home sales aspect, and then also expanded into refurbishing homes and reselling them with great success. Since 2010, Daniel and his company have successfully refurbished and sold over 80 homes.

The construction knowledge and experience Daniel attained throughout this process is tantamount to the benefits of working with The Poty Group during the home buying process as he personally reviews all properties under contract to help identify any home structure or construction concerns, in addition to an inspector’s report. His perception on the quality of a home is physical in nature and ensures that while our homebuyers are emotionally happy in their home decision, there is also a solid home that our homeowners will continue to love after they’ve moved in,( and start to get accustom to the home). This expertise contributes to the home selling process as well, providing our home sellers a proactive opportunity to correct areas of concern with the home and prevent most buyer concerns or barriers to purchasing.

Holly also attended Arizona State and after graduating with a degree in dietetics, worked in healthcare for 13 years, offering dedicated patient care and guidance. The ability to help patients learn a new healthier lifestyle and see their health improve was tremendously rewarding, and yet often a challenge. As rewarding as being in the healthcare industry was, being exposed and a part of Daniel’s real estate and construction business ignited a passion and she became a licensed Realtor in 2011. Holly takes a genuine interest in the people around her which also includes her clients. She is outgoing and loving and driven to help her clients fulfill their dreams of home ownership. Holly has built up the customer service and client aspect of the real estate group by focusing on clients in the home buying and selling process. Engaging with each client and working alongside them to meet their home expectations, both in the home buying and home selling process. Holly enjoys educating her clients and showcasing the opportunities they have with a new home and future, which can all begin with having the right home even presented. Not just a home for right now. Her compassion for each client and their needs is rewarding and drives her to diligently search through the many home options and narrow it down to what the client really wants in their next home. When working with a seller, she advises them strategically to ensure their home is priced appropriately and sells quickly. Being a full service and full time Realtor, Holly understands that sometimes the best time for her clients to meet is outside of traditional business hours and she prides herself in being flexible to provide the care and attention each client deserves.

Holly is also committed to her profession as much as she is to her clients. She attends industry educational events almost weekly to help her stay informed about the marketplace and opportunities for her clients. She also participates in an Agent Leadership Council where she shares her industry knowledge and encouragement, leading fellow agents to develop their skill set for success. Within the Keller William East Valley brokerage, Holly also commits herself as culture chair, organizing and executing non-profit fundraising community events, with donations benefiting local community charities. She also focuses on building fellow Realtor involvement in giving back as well.

In the Mesa is where they spent most of their days…

Daniel is Canadian born in The Paw Manitoba; however, his family moved to Arizona when he was very young and he grew up in Mesa. He attended Montessori school through 6th grade, Brimhall Junior High, Red Mountain High School and on to Arizona State University.

Although Holly was born in Peoria, Illinois, her family moved to Arizona when she was only 2 years old and grew up in Tempe and Mesa. Holly attended Kyrene del Norte elementary school in Tempe, Shepherd Junior High and Red Mountain High School in Mesa and then back to Tempe to attend and graduate from Arizona State University.
